Wow what an excellent hotel , highly recommend for a short stay in Narita before travelling onwards, location, staff, accomadation - bed - bathroom facilities ( try the. Face masks!) fantastic breakfast choice of Asian and/ or western ( get there early as can get busy) staff , all good , we’ve stayed in lots of hotels all over the world and this one was one of the best for the value.. some travel tips- lf your coming from Narita Apt once through customs take the escalator to the train station - Keisei narita line , buy the ticket at the auto teller, less queues and very easy to navigate once optioned for English, ( 2 stops) keisei Narita station , once there and standing on the platform look for the APA hotel exit the station at the East exit through the subway once on the other side walk towards the APA hotel the Richmond is just passed it on the right. If you have a spare day I reccomend visiting the temples and the gardens , very pleasant and easy walk from the hotel. If you happen to be travelling onwards via Haneda airport a good option is a train from Keisei Narita Station , Limited Express green line , change at AOTA then take access express orange line to Haneda Apt. ( time 1.50 minutes).

We stayed overnight as we had another flight to catch in the morning. The hotel was easy to find from the train station. Just a quick 7 min walk. Check-in was smooth and the staff spoke decent English to help us. My jet lag brain was still loading my Japanese skills so I appreciated having a little help in English lol. We didn't eat in the area as we were tired and just went to sleep. Check out was easy and we had reserved a seat in the airport shuttle. That was free and super easy to get back to Narita. The room itself is small (typical Japanese hotel room) but it was clean and comfy for our one night stay. I chose this hotel because we are from Richmond, VA USA and I just felt like I had to stay here! Overall, recommend!

I wished I stayed longer! I didn't think about staying in Narita in our last day, it was my husband suggestion as it would be easier to get to the airport and I am glad we stayed at this place. Very close to train station, so to get to the airport is super breezy. The accommodation offers a airport FREE shuttle if you willing to go in the morning. We walked around the neighbourhood in the noon / evening and I found this local restaurant, probably one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in our almost 3 weeks travel. The room was fantastic, all the amenities you imagine, super comfy. The reception let us stay longer for only 1000 yen, super bargain. Would definitely stay there again!

Great for 1 night transit stay. Very communicative via booking property chat which is a plus. Helped me keep my transfer luggage for several days and even helped me move to my room before my check in - fantastic! Their pj/bathrobe is comfy. Room is spacious for tokyo standard. Short walk to Omotesendo Street n temple at the end of street. Recommend Kawatoyo the oldest eel restaurant in narita near end of Omotesendo Streer. You can take a 20 mins bus to Aeon Mall to shop. Otherwise not much shpg that area. If you exit from kei narita station, shortcut is look for a linkbridge. Hotel is on left side of linkbridge.

The room was pretty spacious and very clean. The TV had streaming platforms on it which was convenient, and I was pleasantly surprised about the room light controls on the bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was easy to use and heated up quickly. The bed was very comfortable which was very nice. Lastly, it was a great location, a few minutes walk from Narita Station and plenty of restaurants and Omotesando Street right there. It was also only half an hour walk to the cinema, so there was plenty to do in the area! This was a great stay!
